A Postal Service Provider aimed to conclude if the performance across several business units was being somehow influenced by motivation and stress. TeamEQ´s technology allowed to collect the relevant data for this analysis.

Performing an in-depth analysis on the collected data, looking into information coming from several business units and comparing it against data sets retrieved by the TeamEQ platform.
Bedrock conducted a thorough analysis on the relationship between the motivation and stress factors, applying a statistical methodology to determine the correlation between the performance assessment and the employee use of the platform. Statistical algorithms included hypothesis testing, dimensional reduction and clustering.
Results
Bedrock found strong correlations between the employee psychological evaluation and their reviewed performance. While most teams presented reasonable performance values, it was found that the team with the highest performance evaluation actually presented the lowest motivation and satisfaction values. These values only applied for the team interaction and not to the company as a whole, showing that the issue pertained to inter-team relationships between colleagues and not an organisation-wide issue.
These facts grounded the results as they matched with client expectations.This way, a performant team was shown as the team with higher internal conflict, where the company was able to identify and solve the issue at hand.
